In 2002, the winter Olympics were set in Salt Lake City, but the majority of events were here in Park City. Since then, they’ve made it a great “play” place for all. There was a museum; Alpine Slide rides on little sled-like things; many zip-lines ~ some more secure than others; obstacle courses to muscle through and many other things. We even got to see some jumpers practicing – without snow as well as into a pool! It was a great day and I even rode a ride – the scenic Chair-lift that went about 2 miles an hour! Still was rather scary for me!
We got to ride a bobsled run while we lived there…crazy fun!
